Welcome to INFORMS Transactions on Education
 
The mission of INFORMS Transactions on Education is to advance OR/MS education at all levels worldwide. The journal publishes high-quality articles in a variety of areas related to the teaching of OR/MS: cases, spreadsheet applications, review and opinion articles, resource reviews, and discussions of the impacts of new technologies and new methods of assessment on OR/MS education. The electronic format of the journal allows innovations in content and reader involvement not possible in a print journal, such as immediate electronic access to data sets, software, Java applications, interactive graphics, multimedia applications, hypertext links, and full-text searching. We invite you to browse through our current and past issues, where it is very likely that you will find one or more articles that will help you improve the delivery of OR/MS in your classroom.

New Accreditation Standards Give Boost to ITE
Articles on teaching innovations are identified as an outcome indicator for learning and pedagogical research. Every business school is expected to contribute to the production of teaching-related materials and research in order to meet accreditation standards.
What's New at ITE?
Our web site has undergone a recent rejuvenation, as has the organization of the journal. Beginning with Volume 4, we will be introducing some new focus sections, as well as providing guidelines for Associate Editors, Referees, and Contributors.
